Electromagnetic Fields and Dowsing

This page explains about  Electromagnetic Fields and their relevance to Dowsing and Pendulum Dowsing,

An electromagnetic field (also EMF or EM field) is a physical field produced by electrically charged objects. It affects the behavior of charged objects in the vicinity of the field. The electromagnetic field extends indefinitely throughout space and can be viewed as the combination of an electric field and a magnetic field. The electric field is produced by stationary charges, and the magnetic field by moving charges (currents); these two are often described as the sources of the field.

It is my understanding that the human body can be used as a dowsing instrument because our own electromagnetic field is capable of interacting with other electromagnetic fields. Our bodies have the ability to receive and broadcast information through the energy field. Our body is used in dowsing when we are unable to pick up information physically, for example through our 5 primary senses. We know something to be true if we see it or hear it, but in dowsing we use our whole body holistically to receive information. This information is in the Universal Information Field all around us and can be accessed and harnessed by the use of dowsing. Our bodies contain structures that can pick up electromagnetic sensory information. Find out more about our bodies structures that enable us to dowse.
